VETTER SmartFork® and VETTER coating service on tour with Ingo Ghira. VETTER support directly on the customer’s site.

Ingo, please introduce yourself briefly.

My name is Ingo Ghira, I am 39 years old and live in Siegen. After work, I like to spend my free time with motorcycling, mountain biking, jogging and visit concerts and festivals with my friends. I have been part of the Solution Team at VETTER since December 2016 when I started with assembly work and prototype construction of the VETTER SmartFork®. It was important to me to get to know the SmartFork® product from scratch.

Today, I visit customers and interested parties with our SmartFork® service vehicle to present our products, provide product training on site and advise our customers on SmartFork®. It is exciting to recognize individual problems, offer practical solutions and contribute ideas to further develop the SmartFork®!

What inspires you every day about your job at VETTER?

The SmartFork® is a unique product which is rather popular with our customers! 

I love to travel, it is always fun to meet people and work on solutions for their companies individual application problems.

At VETTER, I work independently and make decisions on my own. I really appreciate this “freedom” and the trust VETTER places in me!

As SmartFork® on tour is a huge success, we have expanded our services; as of late we offer assembly support for SmartFork® installations and a coating service on site!

What are the customers advantages of the VETTER coating service on site?

Advantages for the customer are the short downtimes of the industrial trucks!

We arrange an appointment with the customer flexibly and at short notice to have the machines ready for use again in no time.

The customer does not need to spend time on transport and benefits from the advantages of VETTER coatings for forks and pallet trucks.

The anti-slip and anti-noise coatings ensure efficient cargo handling, which does not only protect your cargo, but adds safety in handling at the same time.

And recently we also provide a certified polyurethane coating for the food sector.
