SmartFork®Basic - A modular combination of proven SmartFork® technology

The SmartFork® Basic offers you the possibility to combine the FrontCam, Laser and SideCam assistance systems for standard forks with a cross section of 100x45x1200, an ISO 2A suspension, 450 mm bevel and 28 mm tip thickness - at an unbeatable price.

A better view of the load and in front of the load, as well as precise targeting of the load carrier - more safety with SmartFork® Basic.

Components and composition of the SmartFork®Basic

1. One pair of forks

  • Cross-section 100 x 45 x 1200 mm
  • Bevelled edge at 450 mm
  • Tip thickness 28 mm
  • Suspension ISO 2A

VETTER forks are made of specially developed high performance steel, which ensures that the forks can withstand high continuous loads. FlexHeat treatment throughout the manufacturing process ensures optimum tempering of the products.

The installation of the SmartFork® is tested for industrial strength and developed for robust use.

2. Selection of assistance systems

FrontCam

  • Expansion of the field of vision in front of the load
  • Recognising people and obstacles when a load is picked up

Laser

  • Precise targeting of load carriers
  • Safe loading

SideCam

  • Aiming along the forks, both forks in the camera's field of view
  • Easier and safer entry into pallet pockets

Note: All assistance systems can be used individually or in combination in a fork pair. Only FrontCam and SideCam can not be combined with the BasicFork.

Note: 

The monitor set is only necessary if a FrontCam or SideCam is integrated in the forks. For power and data transmission, you can choose between a mast cable set or a wireless kit.

If only the laser variant is selected, power is supplied via a battery set.
