The LUXX rear view camera system is the ideal solution for increasing safety and efficiency when operating forklift trucks. The rear view camera is mounted at the rear of the truck cab and provides an optimal view of the area behind the vehicle via a monitor in the cab. The improved visibility for the operator reduces accidents and damage.

The camera has an integrated person recognition function. This enables a proactive warning of potential risks and helps the driver to avoid critical situations.

Detection types for person recognition

Half circle

By default, the detection type is set to horizontal trapezoid. You can change this setting to suit your needs from both your smartphone and computer. There are different detection types to choose from, which can be flexibly adjusted to suit your needs in terms of the number and size of zones. This allows you to activate or deactivate specific areas of the field of view.

If a person is detected, a warning can be issued by means of visual or acoustic signals. It is also possible to provide a signal that can be used to activate the vehicle control system (only possible via the industrial truck service manufacturer).
