Light sensor built into the fork blade

SmartFork® EasySecure

The EasySecure light sensor detects the insertion depth into pallets or load carriers. The sensor, integrated into the fork blade (800 mm from the fork tip), enables reliable detection of Euro pallets stored either crosswise or lengthwise during loading.

The EasySecure can be individually adjusted for up to 3 load carriers. The version of the light sensor located at the tip of the fork ensures safe handling to prevent damage to or accidental lifting of the pallet behind it.

This information is particularly valuable for forklift operators in block storage facilities to prevent damage to cargo and racking systems.
