3 QUESTIONS TO Ricarda Moos, HR Department

25. Aug 2020 | Insights

Ricarda, please introduce yourself briefly.

My name is Ricarda Moos, I am 27 years old and live in Siegen.
I like to do sports and I like to spend my free time with my friends and family. I also really enjoy skiing in winter.

What is your responsibility at VETTER and what inspires you about your daily work?

I have been part of the VETTER team in the HR department since October 2018. I support our HR manager Kai Böcher primarily in all tasks related to apprenticeship and recruiting.

My job is very exciting and varied. The daily work with the trainees and applicants is fun and never gets boring.

It is particularly important to me support our trainees in starting their career life and to have always an open ear for them.

Why should trainees, young professionals but also skilled workers join the VETTER Team?

Training at VETTER is always a good choice, as it is very important at VETTER. Despite the corona pandemic, there was no freeze in training, on the contrary, we were able to welcome many young professionals to the team again this year. Our wide range of apprenticeships offers a suitable apprenticeship or dual course for almost all young people, always with the aim of being taken on, of course.

The young trainees are immediately integrated into the team and work in day-to-day business and in projects right from the beginning.

The cooperation with the vocational training center in Geisweid and the career workshop of Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, as well as numerous seminars and internships abroad, ensure a practical and interesting training.

Apart from the daily work, VETTER also offers regular team building activities.

And specialists always find exciting entry opportunities with us.
